♥ As company investors:

If the investor is a foreign company, then below documents are required:

1. Certificate of Incorporation

2. Directors List

3. Articles of Association

All the documents need to be notarized locally at your country, and then authenticated by China embassy or consulate stationed at the same country.

Notes：

1. The authenticated documents are valid within six months only from the releasing date.

2. The authenticated documents will be submitted to the Market Supervision Bureau in China, and will not be returned after submission.

♥ As foreign individual investors:

1. If the foreign individual investor is in China, whose original passport could be verified directly by government side.

2. If he/she has personal bank account in China, the passport verification could be operated online without providing the original passport.

3. If he/she is not in China now, but has China Visa with entry record to China within one year, the original passport could be sent to China for verification directly.

4. If he/she is not in China and has no China Visa/Entry Record within one year, they could make passport authenticated by China embassy or China consulate.

The requirement is to complete the notarization of his/her valid passport in home country, then authenticated by China embassy or consulate stationed at the same country.

The individual investors can decide how many original copies are required depends on the actual requirement in China. You may talk to our consultant for more information.
